General Rules           

• Waiver must be signed by contestant and parent/guardian before competing.

•  Western attire must be worn in the arena for all events.

• Any unmannered or unruly horses will not be tolerated.

• All fees must be paid before competing.

• Judges will deal with any ties or discrepancies.

• Helmets or safety gear must be supplied by competitors.

• NO CARD HOLDER ENTRIES ACCEPTED FOR BARREL RACING EXCEPT FOR THE LADIES OPEN EVENT
